Feedback is an essential part of the buying process. Realtors need it upfront from their clients during the initial process to determine the clients’ needs, and it is also essential during the negotiating period.

 

However, another great time for feedback is after the contract is signed and the movers have been called. That’s when a realtor feels the greatest satisfaction – that his/her clients have found a home that they absolutely love, and that their agent has served them well.
